Transitioning to Lean-Agile and DevOps using SAFe can require significant organizational change. We know from research and from experience that change is hard, especially when it challenges existing cultural norms. Fortunately, research also has shown that how leaders lead can have a direct and positive influence on the success of organizational change. In this session we will explore the leader behaviors of Transformational Leadership that science has shown to correlate successful change, and to predict high performing teams. This is an interactive session that provides participants with the opportunity to practice these behaviors and to gain additional competencies as Lean-Agile leaders.
