Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) can seem fuzzy, and lacking the clear process guidance so prevalent elsewhere in SAFe. Yet, if we’re to maximize the impact of our lean-agile product development organization, we must effectively align to and focus on shared goals, coordinate with and learn from each other, and continuously assess and evaluate our outcomes against ever changing customer needs and competitive environment.
